When the parcel leaves, when it should land, what free delivery covers, and what to do when a tracking number stops moving.
Checkout To Doorstep
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
| Stage | Timing | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Order placed | Immediately | A confirmation email arrives with your order number. Three and six jar orders get the six guides in the same few minutes. |
| Processing | 1–2 working days | The warehouse picks and packs. Orders placed over a weekend or a holiday begin counting from the next working day. |
| Dispatch | Day one or two | A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Check spam if it has not appeared. |
| In transit, continental US | 5–7 working days | The typical door-to-door window. |
| Alaska, Hawaii, forces addresses | 7–12 working days | Longer, and worth allowing for when you time a reorder. |
| Delivered | — | Parcels are plain. Nothing on the outside describes the contents. |
What Free Shipping Covers
Standard delivery inside the United States is free on three and six jar packs. On the two jar pack it is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, so the total you see is the total you are charged.
Free means free. No handling fee is added later and nothing further appears on your statement.
Tracking
The tracking number is emailed at dispatch. It can take up to twenty-four hours to go live on the carrier site, which is normal rather than a sign of trouble. A parcel showing no movement for three working days after that is worth chasing.
If tracking stalls or the parcel is late: contact the checkout that took the order first, with your order number ready. The carrier account sits with them, so they are the ones able to raise a trace. Write to [email protected] if you are not sure which route that is.
Wrong Address, Damaged Box, Missing Jar
Wrong address. Write immediately. Before dispatch it is usually a simple fix; afterwards the parcel has to finish its journey and be returned before anything can be redirected.
Damaged in transit. Photograph the box and the jars before unpacking any further. A photograph turns a replacement into a two-minute conversation.
Short shipment. Count the jars against your confirmation email and get in touch the same day. Those are warehouse picking mistakes and they get put right fast.
International Orders
Availability outside the United States varies by country and appears at checkout once you enter an address. Where international delivery is offered, customs duty and local tax are the recipient's responsibility, transit times are longer and less predictable, and the sixty day window still runs from the date your card was charged rather than from delivery.
Delivery Questions
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Boxes are unmarked and the outside gives no clue what is inside. Your statement shows the checkout processor's descriptor rather than a product name.
Can I change an order after paying?
Contact the checkout immediately. Before the warehouse picks it most changes are possible; once a parcel is scanned it has to travel.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Usually yes for standard delivery, depending on the carrier assigned to your address. You will be told either way once the address goes in.
How quickly do the guides arrive?
Within minutes of checkout, by email, and long before the jars. They are entirely separate from the physical shipment.
Is the sixty days counted from payment or from the parcel arriving?
At payment, which is how it is stated on the refund page too.
