Guarantee

Refund Policy

Sixty days from the moment your card is charged, and jars you have already been eating from are covered. That second clause is the one worth reading twice.

Why Opened Jars Count

A great many guarantees in this industry apply only to sealed, unopened product. Read that clause carefully and you will see what it does: it makes the guarantee unclaimable by anybody who actually tried the thing. Nobody can find out whether a supplement suits them without taking it, and taking it breaks the seal.

So ours covers opened jars. Eat two every morning for two months, conclude that it changed nothing, and the window is still open with your money still recoverable. A guarantee that cannot be claimed is a marketing line. This one is meant to be used.

What Is Covered

  • Sixty days from the date of payment
  • Opened and part-used jars
  • Every pack: two, three and six
  • The full amount paid for the product
  • No requirement to explain yourself
  • The six guides stay yours

What is not covered: return postage is yours, and any shipping you originally paid is not refunded. Anything opened on day sixty-one is outside what this covers. Those are the only exclusions, and listing them here is better than letting you meet them at the worst possible moment.

02 / Claiming

Five Steps, In Order

Written out plainly, including the one people forget.

  1. Write before you post anything

Contact the checkout that took your order, quote your order number, and say you would like to use the sixty day window. Get the return authorisation before a parcel leaves your house.

  2. Pack everything you have left

Full jars, part-used jars and empties all go in the box. No seal has to be intact and no jar has to have anything in it.

  3. Write the authorisation number on the outside

This is the step people skip, and a parcel without it can sit unmatched in a warehouse for weeks. Put it on the box itself, clearly.

  4. Send it tracked

Postage is yours. Tracked postage is worth the small extra because it is your proof the parcel arrived if anything is ever queried.

  5. The refund is issued on receipt

Once the warehouse receives and matches your parcel the refund goes back to your original payment method, and your bank then takes its own few working days.

Please Give It Longer Than Three Weeks First

Almost every refund request that reaches us arrives inside the first month, which is exactly the window in which nothing can honestly have happened yet. Skin renews across four to six weeks and a nail records months that have already gone.

Disappointment at week three means the timetable is working, not that the product has failed. The window runs to day sixty deliberately, so the decision can be made after the first cycle has turned over rather than during it.

And if you reach day fifty-five and the answer is still no, use it. That is what it is for, and one of the messages on this site is from somebody who did exactly that.

Who Processes It

Payment, dispatch and refunds are handled by the official checkout under the terms shown there at the time of purchase. Your payment landed there, and a refund leaves from the same place. If you are unsure which route to use, write to [email protected] and we will point you at the right place.

Refund Questions

Do I have to give a reason?

No. Tell us it achieved nothing, tell us the flavour was wrong, or tell us nothing whatsoever. Your reason has no bearing on whether the window applies.

What if I finished every jar?

Send back the empties. The policy is built around people who actually took the product, which is the only way anyone finds out whether it worked.

Do I get shipping back?

The product is refunded. Delivery you paid at the outset stays paid, and the postage back is on you. Three and six jar orders ship free, so for most people there is no original shipping to discuss.

How long does the money take?

Processing happens once the warehouse receives and matches your parcel, and your bank then adds its own few working days before it shows on a statement.

Can I claim on day sixty-five?

No. Sixty days means sixty days from payment. If the date is tight, open the request while there are still days left rather than afterwards.
