There is no account to create here, no newsletter to join, and nothing is sold on this domain. Clicking an order button takes you to the official checkout, and anything you type there is governed by that operator's policy rather than this one. The only personal information we are ever likely to hold is whatever you put in an email to us.

What Is Collected Here

Analytics

Standard web analytics tell us which pages get read, which get ignored and whether anything is broken. That produces aggregate figures: page views, approximate region, browser and device type, and where a visit arrived from. We make no attempt to identify individual readers and nothing in it carries your name.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours records requests: IP address, timestamp, the file asked for and the browser's self-description. These are retained briefly for security and diagnostics and then discarded.

Email

If you write to [email protected] we hold your address and your message for as long as it takes to deal with the question and a reasonable period afterwards. It does not go onto a mailing list and it is not used for anything except replying to you.

Cookies

Analytics may set one. Following an order link may set an affiliate cookie recording that the visit came from this site, which is how the commission described below is attributed. Neither carries your name, and every browser lets you block or delete cookies under its privacy settings. This site works normally with them blocked.

What Never Happens

• Your email address is not sold, rented or traded to anybody
• Writing to us once does not add you to a list
• Payment details are never requested on this domain, because we cannot take payment
• We do not ask for medical information and would rather you did not send any
• No attempt is made to identify individual readers from analytics
• No advertising trackers or retargeting pixels run here

What Happens When You Order

Order buttons open the official checkout in a new tab. From that moment you are dealing with the merchant who operates it: they take your name, address and payment details, process the transaction, ship the parcel and handle refunds. We never see your payment information and we do not receive a copy of your order.

Read that operator's own privacy policy before paying. It is the document that governs your purchase.

Third Parties

Two external services are involved in loading a page here: a font service delivering the typefaces and the analytics provider. Both receive an IP address in the ordinary course of serving a request, as any external resource does. No customer data is shared with either, because we hold none.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to certain processing. Since the only thing we are likely to hold is an email exchange, exercising those is simple: write to [email protected] and ask, and we will confirm in writing what has been done.

Children

This website and this product are intended for adults over eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and if you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and it will be deleted.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Email is not encrypted end to end, so please do not send anything through it you would be uncomfortable having sit in an inbox — medical details in particular.
